Nigeria has the second largest number of people living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection and the associated Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) after South Africa in SubSaharan Africa and students in tertiary institution are at higher risk of contracting sexually transmitted disease (STD), including HIV/AIDS. This study aimed to ascertain level of HIV/AIDS awareness, and sexual health service (SHS) utilization among students in Ebonyi State College of Education, Ikwo and to determine the relationship between HIV/AIDS awareness and SHS utilization. Questionnaires were administered to 360 sampled respondents, collected and analyzed using descriptive simple percentage. Over 90% of the respondents had comprehensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS, but SHS utilization was low and lack RHS knowledge among others factors affects students utilization. The study concluded that there is no relationship between HIV/AIDS awareness and SHS utilization and recommended among others making SRHS available and delivery friendly to students in tertiary institutions.
