The paper examines the overwhelming impacts of technology in all facets of human Endeavour but with particular reference to pedagogy. It argues that technology has created a new learning order that differs markedly from previous learning models or strategies. The paper examines the strength of this emergent order. It also outlined the challenges of adopting the new learning order in Nigeria. The paper adopted participant observation as its primary sources. The secondary sources included relevant literatures, books, journals, periodicals, magazines and internet sources .Having considered other theoretical frameworks, symbolic interactionism was adopted as the most ideal to explain the phenomenon under consideration. The study reveals that there is an interdependence and inter-complementarity between pedagogy and technology. The new learning order here refers to use of e-learning, the use of internet, and digital resources. It indicates a progress in learning .The paper suggests a change of socialization model in Nigeria, the inclusion of robotic engineering in tertiary education in Nigeria etc. The paper examines the overwhelming impacts of technology in all facets of human Endeavour but with particular reference to pedagogy.
