This paper explores India’s potential for a Second Green Revolution, addressing key challenges like water scarcity, soil degradation, and the marginalization of smallholder farmers. It proposes the establishment of Mathematical Model, SMART-Agri-Hubs (Sustainable, Market- Integrated, Resilient, and Technology-Driven Agricultural Hubs) which integrate modern technologies such as precision agriculture, water-efficient systems, and climate-resilient farming practices. These hubs aim to enhance agricultural productivity, restore soil health, and empower marginalized farmers through inclusive, community-driven models. By focusing on sustainable and region-specific solutions, the study outlines a framework for transforming Indian agriculture to achieve long-term food security, environmental sustainability, and equitable economic development.
